Wireframe magazine has covered a host of issues related to autistic people in the video games industry and community. We in particular spoke to them about the appeal of video games, and how games can specifically appeal to autistic people. We discussed good examples of autistic characters in games, both as aspirational characters such as Symmetra, and as ordinary characters who show what the experience of autism is like in daily life.
In terms of the industry, we discussed how studios can be more inclusive to attract and support autistic workers.
